You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or place an order. By using the site you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you’re responsible for complying with all laws that apply where you live.

Phatnuggz_Genetics sells cannabis seeds, live clones, and small-batch infused edibles. Seeds are sold for collection, preservation, and souvenir purposes where applicable by local law. Edibles are made to order and delivered locally only. We do not make any medical, therapeutic, or recreational claims about our products.

Live clones are only available for hand delivery or pickup in Los Angeles County and Orange County, California. We will not ship clones.

When you submit an order through the site, no charge is made. You are requesting an invoice. Gary will review your order and respond by email with an invoice, payment instructions, and shipping or delivery details. Payment is collected outside the site (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, bank transfer, or similar). Your order is confirmed only once the invoice is paid.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, inability to verify age, or shipment to a location where the product is illegal.

Seeds ship from California in discreet packaging. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier we are not liable for delays. You are responsible for ensuring that receipt of cannabis seeds is legal in your jurisdiction.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Listed prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes; those are calculated and stated on the invoice.
