We only collect what we need to fulfill your order or answer your message. We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with advertisers. If you want it deleted, email us.

• Order info: name, email, phone, shipping or delivery address, what you ordered, and any notes you add.
• Contact info: if you email us or DM us on Instagram, we keep that thread.
• Site usage: standard server logs (IP, browser, referring URL) and any aggregate analytics (page views, country-level location). We don’t use any third-party advertising or remarketing cookies.

• To send you an invoice and follow up about your order.
• To ship your order or arrange local delivery.
• To respond to support and wholesale questions.
• To keep the site running (security, fraud prevention, performance).

We share information only with the parties strictly needed to fulfill your order: the shipping carrier you select (e.g. USPS, UPS), our hosting provider (Vercel), and email provider (transactional email is the only message we send you). We don’t sell or trade your data.

Order records are retained for as long as we’re required to for tax and recordkeeping purposes (typically 7 years). General contact messages are kept until they’re no longer useful.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of any non-essential communications by emailing [email protected]. If you’re a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA / CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your cart and your age-gate confirmation. We do not set any advertising cookies.

The site is intended only for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the “last updated” date.
