The short version
Seeds and clones are not eligible for refund once shipped or delivered. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, we’ll replace it. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel and refund.
Before the order ships
If you change your mind before Gary marks the order as shipped, just email us and we’ll cancel the order and refund any payment you’ve already sent.
After the order ships
Once an order is in transit, seeds and clones are non-refundable. This is industry standard for genetics — once the product is out of our hands, we can’t verify storage conditions on the other end.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives visibly damaged, or if you receive the wrong strain or wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the package and the issue. We’ll replace the order at our cost.
Lost or stuck shipments
Carriers occasionally delay or lose packages. If tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days within the US, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier and, if appropriate, send a replacement.
Germination
We do not currently offer a germination guarantee. Seed viability depends on conditions outside our control. We do our best to ship fresh stock — if you have concerns about a specific pack, email us and we’ll work with you.
Clones — local only
Clones are delivered or picked up in person in the LA / OC area. They are inspected at handoff. After handoff, clones are non-refundable. We can’t guarantee survival once they leave our environment.
Edibles
All edibles are made to order and delivered locally in LA / OC. Because each batch is freshly made, edibles are non-refundable once handed off. If your order is wrong or arrives in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

Email [email protected] with your name, order date, and a description of the issue. Include photos if relevant. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
